How do I get technical support?

If you are a postmaster in need of assistance, you can review our FAQ's relating specifically to the options available to you in the domain center.

Should you not find the answers you need online, please contact our support desk who will be glad to answer any questions you may have with our services.

For security purposes, MX Guarddog is only able to discuss support issues with the domain administrator for technical related issues.

We have now deployed mxguarddog for five of our clients and use it on our own exchange server. Out of the box with no configuration it works brilliantly, the quarantine emails are great for the end user.
