What happens to message I release from quarantine?

When you request a message held in quarantine a request to deliver the message is sent to the server where you message is being held.

Within a couple of minutes the message should be delivered directly to your email inbox. Messages placed in quarantine are held by MX Guarddog for a period of 7 days, at which time they are deleted automatically.

If for some reason you require a duplicate copy of a quarantined email to be sent, you can request a second copy by requesting one from your quarantined email list.
