451 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX2

This is an error message that we see generated by MS Exchange when people use our email delivery test tool.

We have never run into the problem ourselves, but doing some Google searches the problem seems to be related to the way an Exchange server has the DNS configured.
